Inner portal reads from the StateBus (sovos-bus-redis). In this static
demo, the bus is initialised with sample data — in production, it
connects to a real Redis (or fakeredis for dev). Click a vector to

Submit events to the Bus. Each append gets a chain_id.

Two buses (as JSON dicts of sv_id → vector). The sheaf gate
decides whether they can be safely merged.
Outer portal drives the Bus. Every interaction emits a chain_id that
lands in the inner view. Mode 0 = birth. Article 0 = governance gate.
Sheaf = federation safety. All three are wired to the same RedisBus.
