Public Evidence Pack — Index
The single-page index that lists every named DEFONEOS artefact URL with a 50-line abstract. Use this page when a buyer, prime, or procurement officer asks "show me everything". Designed for a 15-minute review, not a sales pitch.
Pack purpose
A buyer should be able to verify the DEFONEOS position without scheduling a meeting. This page is the audit-grade index: every artefact has a stable URL, a 50-line abstract, and a clear honesty status. No invented claims, no dead links, no platform-broad promises.
- Every URL listed here is publicly reachable from the canonical Vercel deployment.
- Each abstract states what the artefact is, what it is not, and what the owner must still verify.
- The pack is sorted from highest trust to lowest trust: charter first, follow-on pages after.
- If a buyer asks for a private artefact, route them to the SoW and add it under written data boundary clauses.
- This is an index, not a sales surface — keep the language operational, not promotional.

Honesty register
The register below is deliberately explicit so the pack stays usable in a UK-sovereign procurement conversation without overclaiming.
- This page is an index of public artefacts, not a sales surface, not a procurement submission, and not a third-party endorsement.
- AUKUS-compatible means design compatibility only. No AUKUS partnership is claimed without a signed letter on file.
- DEFONEOS-SEAL is not issued here. Any credential requires the 33-agent BFT council quorum and owner gate.
- No kinetic-targeting, find-fix-finish, kill-order, face-recognition, phone-location, or individual-tracking pattern is included in any listed artefact.
- Buyer names and public bodies are routing examples from public procurement context. Nick must verify the current named contact before sending.
- SIGIL anchor is local until the SOV3 ledger endpoint is reachable from this Mac session.
