Single-pane operational control for the sovereign substrate. Aggregates live KPIs, runs 6-phase EAT ticks with SIGIL emission, captures HMAC-signed Crown RFQs, and shows every auto-deploy. Built for sprint-mode operator nerve-centre use during EAT cycles.
Six weighted phases — harvest (5) → verify (10) → golden (50) → ingest (5) → sigil (5) → emit (25). Golden phase dominates because it's the 33-check E2E test that gates the entire sprint.
HMAC-SHA256 signed + SHA-512 SIGIL receipt. PII redacted in /tmp/crown-rfq.jsonl. Routes to sales@defoneos.ai via configured webhook (Resend / SMTP-relay), with Telegram push on opt-in.
