What CSOAI is CSOAI Ltd is a UK company (16939677) that publishes measurement harnesses and signed results. We are a measurement body. We publish: Benchmarks (GovBench, ProvBench, AI Act frozen-split harness) Signed attestation records (Article 50 passports, living attestation) Developer APIs (leaderboard, registry, evaluate, signup) What CSOAI is not Not a certification body. We do not issue accreditations. Not a regulator. We do not enforce the EU AI Act or any other law. Not a notified body. Where the law requires a notified body, you need one. Not legal counsel. Nothing on this site is legal advice. What you can rely on Measurements — figures on a published harness, with stated method and confidence interval, signed with our public key. Signed records — Ed25519 signatures verifiable against the public key in /.well-known/agent.json . Recompute — every published figure can be reproduced from the published harness. If you can't, we have a bug; tell us. What you cannot rely on Any number on this site for a system other than the one tested. Any \"pass / fail\" claim that is not tied to a measurement and a harness. Any statement that a system is \"compliant\" — that is a regulator's call. Acceptable use Do not scrape the API faster than documented rate limits. Do not republish benchmark items verbatim to evade the harness. Do not impersonate CSOAI in a way that suggests certification. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSOAI is not liable for any decision you take on the basis of a measurement, signed record, or any other material on this site.
