The Ratification

On 4 July 2026 at 09:10 BST, the 22 Founding Council members of CSOAI convened to ratify the Charter. This is the founding document of the sovereign AI governance substrate. The ratification was conducted via the CSOAI BFT council system with a 22-of-33 threshold.
