Organic Learning Model — the autonomous brain that never stops learning.
The OLM (Organic Learning Model) is DEFONEOS's autonomous brain. It runs every 5 minutes on the GCP VM, with zero human intervention. Every cycle produces a SIGIL-signed record of what it learned.

Every 5 minutes, the OLM brain:
1. INGESTS — Pulls latest data from all 198+ sources via MCP servers. Met Office weather. EA flood levels. AIS vessel positions. ADS-B aircraft tracks. Sentinel satellite imagery. GDELT news events.
2. PROCESSES — The Mamba-2 right brain (sequential memory) checks if current patterns match historical patterns. The MoE middle brain routes to the right expert model. The Attention left brain plans what might happen next.
3. INTUITS — If multiple weak signals converge across domains, the brain generates an "intuition" — a pre-conscious awareness that something is happening before any single sensor confirms it.
4. DECIDES — The BFT council votes on whether the intuition warrants action. 200 voters. Majority required.
5. RECORDS — Every cycle is Ed25519-signed. Every learning is immutable. The brain cannot forget or be tampered with.

The OLM brain signs every cycle with its own Ed25519 keypair. The keypair is stored at /home/nicholas/sov3/olm_brain_sigil_key.json with 600 permissions. The private key never leaves the VM. The public key is verifiable by anyone.
All brain activity is logged to /home/nicholas/sov3/logs/olm_brain.log on the GCP VM. Every log entry contains: timestamp, cycle ID, inputs processed, models activated, council vote result, and SIGIL digest.
